Terms of service

These are the terms for using FindMyWebPro. We've written them in plain language on purpose. Using the site or sending a request means you agree to them.
What we do
FindMyWebPro is a matching service. You describe the website your business needs; we read your request and try to connect you with an independent web professional who serves businesses like yours. If we find a good fit, they contact you directly.
What it costs
Sending a request and being matched is free for business owners. If you hire the professional we connect you with, you pay them directly at whatever price you agree on together — none of that goes through us.
Our income comes from the professional side: web professionals pay us to participate in the network and receive requests. Business owners never pay us anything.
We're the connector, not the builder
The professionals we match you with are independent businesses, not our employees. Any work you hire them for — including the price, schedule, contract, and results — is an agreement between you and them. We're not a party to it.
What we don't promise
- We can't guarantee we'll find a match for every request, or how quickly a professional will respond.
- We can't guarantee the outcome of any work you hire a professional to do.
- The site is provided as-is; we work to keep it available and accurate but can't promise it will always be either.
Your side of the deal
- Give us accurate information about your business and how to reach you.
- Only send a request about your own business, with the authority to do so.
- By checking the consent box, you agree to be contacted about your request by phone or email — that's the only reason we or the matched professional will contact you.
Changing your mind
You can withdraw your request whenever you like by emailing hello@parola.pro. There's no account and no subscription, so there's nothing else to cancel.
Limits of our responsibility
To the fullest extent the law allows, FindMyWebPro isn't liable for damages arising from using the site or from any work, advice, or conduct of a professional you connect with through it. Our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us to use it — which is zero.
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms, we'll update this page and the date at the top. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
